The Five Failures I See Most Often in Small Offices

These are the post-purchase regrets that come up when someone emails us asking how to fix a setup that isn’t working. Naming them in advance is cheaper than fixing them.

Stale data is worse than no data. A dashboard that shows yesterday’s numbers creates a worse problem than no dashboard — it teaches the team to ignore the screen. You picked the wrong category. A category 1 vendor (content-rotation CMS) feels right during the demo but breaks down the moment you need changing data. If your first instinct was “I need today’s numbers on a wall, with the source already in our workflow,” category 3 is the right answer from day one.
