Magic Link Issues

Having trouble signing in with a magic link?

  1. Enter your email
  2. We send a link to your inbox
  3. Click the link to sign in
  4. Link expires after 15 minutes

Common Issues

Each magic link can only be used once.

Fix: Request a new link if you’ve already clicked this one.

Links expire 15 minutes after sending.

Fix: Request a new magic link from the login page.

Different Browser/Device

The link was sent to one browser/device.

Fix: Open the link in the same browser and device where you requested it.

Email Not Received

Check:

  1. Spam/junk folder
  2. Different email address
  3. Wait 2-3 minutes for delivery

Fix:

  1. Add [email protected] to contacts
  2. Request new link after adding contact

Browser Blocked Popup

Some browsers block the sign-in popup.

Fix:

  1. Allow popups for dotblast.app
  2. Or disable popup blocker temporarily

Alternative: Password Login

If magic link continues to fail:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Use Password (if available)
  3. Or contact support to set up a password
