Trial to Paid Transition

Moving from your free trial to a paid plan.

Starting a Trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial of Pro features:

  • Unlimited dashboards and devices
  • All widgets available
  • No credit card required to start

During Your Trial

You’ll see a banner indicating:

  • Days remaining in trial
  • What features you’re trying
  • Link to upgrade

Upgrading During Trial

  1. Click Upgrade in the trial banner
  2. Or go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Select your plan and enter payment

Benefits of upgrading now:

  • Lock in your trial date immediately
  • No interruption in access
  • Prorata credit for unused trial days

After Trial Ends

If you don’t upgrade:

  • Account moves to Free plan
  • Any Pro features are disabled
  • Your data is preserved

Reactivating

You can upgrade anytime:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Your settings and data are waiting
