Version History

Viewing and restoring previous versions of your dashboard.

Accessing Version History

1. Open your dashboard in edit mode
2. Click the History button in the toolbar
3. A panel shows recent versions

Viewing Versions

• Each saved version shows:
  • Timestamp
  • Who saved it
  • Summary of changes (if available)

Click any version to preview what it looked like.

Restoring a Version

1. In the History panel, find the version
2. Click Restore
3. Confirm the action

The dashboard will be restored to that version.

Auto-Save

dotBlast auto-saves your dashboard periodically:

• Every 5 minutes during active editing
• After significant changes

Manual Snapshots

Create a named snapshot before major changes:

1. Click Create Snapshot in History
2. Enter a name
3. Save

Useful before experiments or bulk changes.

Retention

Version history is kept for:

• Free: 7 days
• Pro: 30 days
• Enterprise: 90 days
